Szia Diana,

  Akkor hogy is van ez az olcsosaggal? Az oreg Csau alatt elfogadom, hogy
virtusbol epitettek, de ez szerintem mar nem igaz. Tudom, hogy reszben 
a silany minoseg miatt olcso, de ez szerintem meg keves megmagyarazni,
hogy miert ezt valasztottak. Valoszinuleg nincs mas alternativajuk,
ami olcso lenne. Vizi eromuvet nincs hova (a Vas-Kapu-ba inkabb ne),
olajat nem mernek, mert azt csak az oroszoktol tudnak venni, es a
hatarvitakra valo tekintettel ez eleg buta dolog lenne. Szenet hasonlo
okokbol problemas (vizi szallitas szinten ki van szolgaltatva az oroszoknak,
a kozuti/vasuti nekunk -- egyik sem jo perspektiva). Az emberek meg faznak...
  Nem azt akarom mondani, hogy ez most jo, hogy megepitik (sot, lattam
anno egy hibalistat -- haaaat, aki ezt el meri inditani...). Amire utalnek, 
az az, hogy bizonyos esetekben az atom lehet olcsobb, mint az alternativak.
Romaniaban valamiert (es ez szerintem csak gazdasagossag) ezt valasztottak.

Job Announcement

               Nuclear Waste Citizens Coalition
               Washington, D.C. Coordinator

Job Description:

-Monitor activities in Washington, D.C. pertaining to legislation
regarding storage and disposal of high-level nuclear waste;
-Communicate regularly with a nationwide network of citizens
organizations;
-Coordinate coalition efforts in Washington, D.C.;
-Engage in some direct lobbying;
-Carry out some fundraising responsibilities.

Requirements:

-Experience in working on legislation on Capitol Hill;
-Proven ability to work on legislative campaigns;
-Excellent communications skills;
-Demonstrated ability to work with grassroots organizations;
-Knowledge of nuclear power and nuclear waste issues preferred;
-Experience in fundraising for nonprofit organizations preferred.

Compensation:

Based on experience, $3,500 to $4,000 per month.
For an initial period, the position is for an independent
contractor.

Starting Date: 

The position is immediately available.

Organization:

The Nuclear Waste Citizens Coalition consists of national and
grassroots organizations focused on various aspects of the
nuclear waste problem.  Our broad coalition includes anti-nuclear
power groups, groups from contaminated Department of Energy
weapons sites, residents of sites targeted for nuclear waste
dumps, peace activists, and national environmental groups.  We
are allied to prevent a flawed nuclear waste program that would
transfer the high-level waste disaster from one state to another
with little respect for human health and safety and no regard for
democratic principles.
